    All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing system.
  3. Shipping & Handling
    Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $250 within the continental U.S. We ship all items within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. While we take great care in packaging, The Curated Closet is not responsible for shipping-related damages once an item leaves our facility.
  4. All Sales Final
    Due to the nature of consignment, all items are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review each product’s description and photographs before completing your purchase.
  5. Product Descriptions & Images
    We aim to represent each item as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos. However, please be aware that variations in color and texture may occur due to differences in monitor displays and lighting.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    Should you receive an item that arrives damaged or with an undisclosed defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and determine the appropriate resolution. Please note that damage incurred during shipping beyond our control may not be eligible for compensation.
